The Fire Engineering on this project was also an interesting challenge due to only have a single exit from the basements and have each unit’s car spaces within their own garage structure within the basement. The other challenge was the acrylic render that was proposed on the façade. With the non-combustibility requirements for external walls, the product had to go through testing to ensure compliance before use.
